Hi lovies!
So this is more of a personal post then any of my other stuff I have written. I have never intended for this blog to be fully about beauty and makeup. It just so happened that whenever I wrote anything personal, I felt like I had to delete it because I was too scared of being judged or I felt that the posts were "too boring" for anyone to read.
But I can honestly say that over these past few weeks, maybe even months I have realized that this is who I am and I am learning more about myself that I never knew and I want to write about it.
I have constantly fought a endless battle with myself thinking I wasn't good enough, or I wasn't pretty enough, nor smart enough, etc. And I often compared myself to people I would see at school or on TV or even on magazines. However, I realized recently that I was looking up to the wrong people.
I found myself idolizing people who made me feel very negatively toward myself. I have been for years. Maybe even from the time I knew how to idolize people.
I, thankfully, have realized this though, and found myself looking up to better, more encouraging people. I have decided that I want to do good in my life and be good.
The thing I realized that I needed most in my life to be a better and stronger person was to open myself up to God.
Now I have grown up in a very religious family. I used to go to church every Sunday, went to church classes every Tuesday after school, learned my prayers, and did what I was told I should do.
But that slowly stopped, I never really understood what doing all this meant, and I drifted further and further away. I knew what I was doing, but I never took the time to find the real meaning within.
This went on for a few years, and it was only recently that I have realized this is not how I want my life to be nor is this how I want my future family's lives to be like. I felt like I have finally found what I was missing in my life and it was right in front of my the whole time, and that was God. I realized I have turned my back on someone who has never once turned their back onto me and still helped guide me to eventually finding the spot I am in now.
I just woke up one day and realized that I am 21 years old, I have a beautiful relationship with a wonderful man, I have a great family, I have a job that most people my age don't have, amazing loving dogs who love me very dearly, and nothing is holding me back from doing what I want. I realized I am very lucky for the gifts that God has granted me and I am taking them very much so for granted. I have realized my anger is short, my patience is thin, I am always upset with myself, and I see the world as a much worse place than it is. I wanted to change and so I did. I realized I had to become more humble in order to stop myself from throwing away what God has given.
A lot of what made me realize this, is by reading a self-help book that was written by a very religious group of people. They helped me realized that yes, I do need this in my life, and that I have been living my life all wrong, and by accepting God and what he wants from me I can create a better future.
There's many things in my life that I have done that I am not proud of, especially in my teenage years. But I know that by accepting this and realizing that I have done wrong I will be forgiven. I now realize how important a relationship with God is, and how He will help me do good and be good.
I am not saying I am perfect. I am far beyond that, but I am trying to follow His word and carry out the mission He has in store for me. There are many things that I can do to change myself and help those around me focus on what's good too.
This is the path I chose to take, because I feel like that is what I am being guided towards doing. And I hope that I will be able to document my learning and growths. So that makes this my new beginning...

December Ipsy Bag!
Hello lovies! I am back!
Sorry for the super long hiatus but I just have lost every motivation to write, and when I did want to write I had nothing to write about.
But I am back, and I am back with something good! It's the December Ipsy Glam Bag.
Now I have said in the past that Ipsy has been really slacking on their products, and when I was on my break I continued to receive my Ipsy Bags and they just kept getting worse. I was at my wits end, and this month was their last chance, and let's just say they have stepped it up a lot! And it's about time!
First off, I got the Style Sexy Hair 450 Degrees Blow Out. This is a heat defense blow out spray that is supposed to protect your hair from heat damage up to 450 degrees F. Now, when I first received this product I thought it was a hair spray. It's NOT! I failed to read the instructions and it is important that you should. When applying this product you have to apply it to damp hair and then blow dry. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go over board with this product. When done right this leaves your hair feeling so silky and soft, and it smells amazing. I recommend doing a quick spritz on both sides of your hair and that's it. When I first got it I sprayed a lot of this on my dry hair. It left my hair feeling very oily and looked horribly greasy. It's a great product just remember a little goes a long way. ;)
Next, in my bag I got the Beauty Without Cruelty Premium Aromatherapy Facial Cleanser for normal to oily skin. I love receiving products like these. This is a 100% vegan/vegetarian product and this also is a cruelty-free company. It is parabon free, gluten free, soap free, and has no synthetic fragrance. This is used just like a regular cleanser to clarify your skin that doesn't leave your skin feeling dry. I really liked this. I felt that it cleaned my face very well and it wasn't harsh at all. I also have very sensitive skin and this did not cause me to have any sort of reaction. The smell isn't the greatest compared to something like Clean n' Clear or any other type of cleansers but it isn't horrible and it's not overwhelming either. So I am very happy to get this product and discover this brand!
Next, I got the Cailyn Just Mineral Eye Polish in the shade #5 Orchid. I have mixed feeling about this eyeshadow. It is a beautiful and gorgeous pigment for your eyes, that you can wear neutral or smoke it out with another color. I also feel like this will look very good with many skintones and eyecolors. The color lasts all day long. However, my only complaint is the applicator. It is a sponge applicator and comes out from a small tube and it make the product fall out like crazy. I wish it came in just a container like the MAC pigments. But other then that it isn't a bad product.
Then, I got NYX Butter Lip Balm in marshmallow. I love NYX especially their lip products. They are very pigmented for a great price. This is definitely a great product. I have a more nude shade but there is a wide range of colors. However, my lips are super sensitive and I am allergic to quite a bit of lip products and this is one of them. It is moisturizing but then it dries out my lips really bad. I gave this to my sister because I can't use it and she has no issues with it. It smells amazing and it's a very good product but I just personally can't use it. That's very disappointing because I was super excited to get this.
Lastly, and probably the best product in my bag was the Tarte Deluxe Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 mascara. I was sooooo excited when I saw that everyone was getting one of these in their December bags. I love Tarte products and I have been dying to try out a higher end mascara, and this product does not disappoint! I have used this every day since I have gotten it and I will be buying this when I am out. It is amazing. It adds length while still giving you volume and the brush keeps your lashes from clumping together. What more can you want in a mascara?! And Tarte is also a cruelty free company so bonus points for that as well!
Overall, I am so pleased with this bag. Ipsy has really done a good job with this month's bag, and I hope that they continue because I love receiving products that I can test.
Thanks for reading, and let me know of any topics you want me to discuss in future posts!

August Ipsy Bag
Hello lovies! It's Ipsy time!
Now this month it was back to school themed. Now normally I am so psyched for back to school stuff, but as some of you may know I have been in school since July. I know it sucks. This passed week I have been on my mini "break" from school and I go back on Tuesday, and let me tell you this is the first semester that I am not excited to see back to school stuff out. It's literally making me cringe. But that's off topic...

This passed week I have been on my mini "break" from school and I go back on Tuesday, and let me tell you this is the first semester that I am not excited to see back to school stuff out. It's literally making me cringe. But that's off topic...
So first thing I got in my bag this month was this Coastal Scents Forever Blush sample, something I normally wouldn't purchase because of the price and how its only available online, so it was great to try. It comes in two shades, a pinky rosy shade, and a bronzy orange shade. Both colors are great when I swatched them, but I have yet to figure out how I would be able to apply this on my cheeks, since most of my blush brushes are on the larger side.
Next, I got this Jersey Shore Sun Mongongo Lip Balm. Now I am very picky when it comes to lip balms because my lips are very sensitive. This unfortunately does not provide me the moisture I need. I felt that it absorbed way too quickly and left my lips feeling more chapped. It smells very nice, it has a tropical fragrance, but be careful because the taste isn't the greatest!
Next in my bag, I got a J. Cat Flying Solo Eyeshadow in the shade Half Naked. I am in LOVE with this eyeshadow. It is such a pretty nude color for the eyes that really brightens them up. It has a bit of shimmer in it, but its not glitter overload. I love this as a lid color or just on its own. Great eyeshadow!
Then, I got the Urban Decay 24/7 Velvet Glide-On Eye Pencil in the shade Plushie. I was extremely excited about this product when I saw it was featured in Ipsy, however I am SOOOO disappointed in it. Now, I have only used it on my waterline, but I feel like it was so hard to use. From many other reviews, I heard that this stuff was like butter, but when I tried it out it was so hard to get the color to stick to my skin. Also, this color is not for me! After smearing this on for a long time to get some color, I felt like this made me look extremely tired. Which is something I really don't want to go for. I'm willing to try this product again but not in this color. Or maybe I'm using it wrong?
Lastly, I got this Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk. I'm not a huge fan of dry shampoos because my hair isn't normally oily anyways, so I don't really use it. But I have used this on second or third day hair to help give me a little extra something when my hair needs volume. Smells very nice and clean too.
Well that's it for this month. I don't know, but I feel a bit disappointed with my bag. I feel like compared to other reviews and what other people got in their bags was so much better than mine. This month was ehh, hopefully next month is a little bit better.
But thanks for reading! Check back in soon!

Fifteen Random Facts About Me
1. I am going to school to be a radiologist. This is actually my second major. When I first started college I was all about going to nursing school, but recently I had a lot of family issues over the past year where we would be in hospitals all day long, and I realized I would not be able to handle nursing. (I appreciate nurses so much more, and I applaud everything that they do. They are amazing people.) I did still want to be in the health care field and radiology was something that I could put my use of technology into too.
2. I have four pets. I have two dogs, Puppy and Copper, and also two guinea pigs, Clementine and Darla. I love them so very much.
5. I am a homebody. As pathetic as it is for someone to be in their twenties, I love being at home. I much rather have a good book or a Netflix night than go out to the club and go drinking. I also don't have many friends my age because of this, because they are all going out on Friday nights and I just want to go to bed because I had a long week. Blogs and Tumblr are my friends!
6. I have been in a relationship with the same person for over 3 years. My boyfriend and I started dating right after our graduation day in high school (literally right after). We have never broken up or taken a break from each other. I love him dearly and I couldn't be more happier with anyone else.
7. I am 100% Polish. My parents both moved here from Poland, however I was born and raised in Illinois. However, I was brought up with the traditions and yes I speak fluent Polish. Not so good at reading or writing, but I'm getting there ;).
8. I love writing, which is mostly why I started this blog. I have been writing since as long as I could remember. I have always had a journal and I have written plenty of short stories.
9. My favorite holiday is Halloween. This goes with my previous fact, but I just love everything about Halloween. I love everything scary, the pumpkins, the colors, and dressing up. I love being able to do costume makeup for Halloween.
10. I have horrible anxiety. It hasn't been as bad lately, but for the past 7-9 years I have had panic attacks, insomnia, crazy nightmares, you name it. I worry about a lot and stress gets to me a lot faster than it does to most people. I have been on and off medication for it for a few years and for the most part it's been kept under control recently.
11. I hate snow. I always had, but this past winter has made me hate it even more. Everything about it sucks, unless you are inside under a blanket with a cup of hot cocoa in your hands watching it fall from the sky. Sure its pretty, but once you get outside in it, it's just the most annoying thing ever.
12. I love doing makeup, but I do not depend on it. I don't feel like makeup gives me my beauty. Sure it helps, but I have no problem going to the store or to see my man with a bare face. I do makeup for me to have fun. It's another way that I am able to use my creativity for something useful.
13. I love talking to people but I am so shy. I miss a lot of opportunists to make new friends because I can't find anything to ever say to new people. I am seriously the loudest most funniest person you will ever meet, but it takes a lot for me to open up to someone.
14. I have changed my hair color to about every single color you can think of. I have had black hair, red hair, pink hair, orange hair, blue hair, green hair, purple hair, and even blonde hair. My natural color is brown, and I have finally decided I am done with coloring my hair crazy colors. I am staying within my brown color scheme.
15. I love coffee. I can drink coffee all day everyday. But the way I take my coffee is lots of cream and sugar. So it's barely any coffee. But I have tried almost every single Dunkin Donuts flavored coffee and haven't found one I didn't like so far.
So that's it for now you guys! I hope you enjoyed it. Stay tuned for more.
Thanks for reading!

July Ipsy Bag
Hello lovies, I hope all you beautiful people are having an amazing week! So today I came home to my little pink bag! And by little pink bag I mean my Ipsy bag.
I recently just switched over to Ipsy last month, after my May Birchbox pushed me over the edge. Birchbox just wasn't cutting it for me. I wasn't happy relieving mostly hair care products and snack samples. I wanted a subscription that I would be able to try the newest high end makeup products out on the market, so I decided to give Ipsy a shot. Now last month I didn't post an Ipsy review, because I wanted to get a feel for it.
Ipsy is a monthly subscription box for $10 a month. It is very similar to Birchbox, but it gives you samples based on what you are interested in. When you first subscribe to Ipsy you take a style quiz so they know what products will best fit your needs and interests. There also is a reward point system just like Birchbox did, but I find it more easier and that they give you more opportunities to earn points so you can use them in the future. Ipsy also gives you a cute bag based on the month's theme that they send your makeup in. Overall I think this is a great subscription company and they put a lot of detail into making sure you like what you get.

Products in my bag:
This first thing I got, is the Hang Ten Dark Tanning Oil in SPF 8. This smells so good, and is all natural. It comes in a little spray bottle and is water resistant for up to 40 minutes. Like I said all the products are organic and natural and is fragrance free. This is going to be great for trying out and I am very excited to try this out.
This product I am so excited and giddy to try out. This is the Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Renew Beach Spray. Now I love my Sexy Hair products. I live off of the Big Sexy Hair Hairspray and I have been dying to try out the Healthy Sexy Hair line. But this product is a conditioning and texturing spray with argan oil. You can use this on wet hair to give you a beachy look or use it on dry hair to add more volume. Can't wait to see how this works!
This is the Pixi Tinted Brilliance Balm in Pretty Pink. I have seen this product at Target for a very long time and have heard many good things about it, but have never gotten around to try it out. So this is also another product that I can't wait to try. It also has a minty smell which I LOVE anything minty.
This product is more of a higher end product. It is the bareMinerals 5 in 1 BB Advanced Performance Cream Eyeshadow in SPF 15. When I first saw this product in my bag I was very upset. I thought it was just a face BB cream, and as you can see it is extremely dark so I didn't think I would've been able to use this. But after I really looked at it I read that it was an eyeshadow. So that is awesome! This is supposed to be long wearing color, a built in primer eyeshadow, it is supposed to brighten the eyes, smooth the look of lines and wrinkles, and protect against UV rays. I am not sure what color I received but there are 10 neutral shades, and mine is the darker of them.
The last thing I got was another product I heard and seen a lot about, but never got to try out. It is the Pop Beauty Sunkissed Bronzer in the shade Secret Sunshine. Now I have been in the market for a new bronzer because let's face it my bronzer is very out dated and is broken. This is an amazing size for a bronzer and will last me quite sometime. I actually do think that this is a full sized product (don't quote me, I am not 100% sure). It also seems like there is no shimmer in this bronzer either so I am very happy I got this.
I hope you enjoyed reading this. I am very happy and excited with my Ipsy bag this month, and I do hope that it keeps being this good.
Thanks for reading, and stay tuned for more!

It's Judy Time!
Hello lovies! Happy Monday! So I got myself a new baby. After many months of contemplating if I should buy this makeup palette or not, I finally cracked and bought it. I finally purchased my favorite YouTube Guru/Vlogger's palette. I have been dying to get this palette ever since Judy announced it on her channels. Mainly because I absolutely adore her and her vlogs with her family, but I was scared of the colors. However, looking at it now, actually in my hands, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I love that it comes in neutral and fun shades so I can play it up or down.
This product is an It's Judy Time exclusive and is a limited edition. It comes in 12 shades, ranging from shimmer to matte so you get a good mix and obviously you have your neutrals and blue shades too. This is only available on the BH Cosmetics website (http://www.bhcosmetics.com/products/its-judy-time) for about $20.00. I did get mine on sale though, and there's always sales going on on the website. Shipping is pricey though. I think it was about $7, but I ordered it on Thursday and got it today (Monday, Friday was a holiday). Overall, I think it's a great palette for what it is originally worth, but adding shipping I wanted to wait til it was on sale. But this is a gorgeous palette and very small and slim too so it is very easy to travel with.
I am so excited to do makeup looks with this. Judy also features this palette on her channel ItsJudyTime quite frequently, so if you're like me and are scared of the more brighter colors, I'd recommend you check out a few of her videos on YouTube. I do believe that this palette will look great on most, if not all, skin tones as well. It's a very simple and chic palette that is a must in my collection.
Thanks for reading, and stay turned for some tutorials using this!

Foodie Review | Noosa Yoghurt with Honey
But I have tried something new this past week, and it isn't anything to do with makeup, beauty, or fashion, but it has become my new favorite obsession. I stumbled upon this new brand because of a coworker of mine. He and I share the same love for yogurt and health so we are always comparing what's best out there. He introduced me to this yogurt and I was not feeling it at first. I love my Chobani Strawberry Yogurt and I never thought that anything would replace that. I was wrong.
I didn't bring a lunch to work one day so I decided to go to Target and pick up some goodies on my lunch to snack on to hold me out for the rest of the day. I saw this and I decided why the heck not?
So a little background of this brand before I go into telling you how much I am in love. Noosa is an Australian based company who use milk that is grown on a farm, have no artificial hormones (rBGH free), and use real honey and fresh fruit. This yogurt is also gluten-free and comes in twelve different flavors.
You can check out there website here: http://www.noosayoghurt.com/
So this yogurt is amazing, as you might have already guessed. Unlike regular Greek yogurts in this flavor that I have tried it does not give you that sour/tart taste. It is much more sweeter than you're typical Chobani yogurt but healthier and flavorful that Yoplait. It has a very creamy consistency and its so smooth. It is happiness in your mouth. The best way I can describe the taste is cold milk with lots of honey. It's sweet but not overpowering. I purchased an 8oz. container of this and it last me through two sittings. You get a lot of yogurt in the container. And even when you put it back in the fridge it still tastes just as good. Now as for any Greek yogurt be sure to mix it well before you eat it because most of the flavor is at the bottom. But it tastes very amazing and it really does fill you up. I'd recommend this yogurt to anyone who loves yogurt. It is more on the pricier side, right about the same as a Chobani yogurt. $2.50-$3. But unlike Chobani you get a lot more product for your money.
Thanks for reading you guys! I hope you enjoyed this and let me know what else you'd like to read.
Have a fantastic week!
